Trading Terms & Conditions
The following documents outline the Terms and Conditions relating to the provision of Windstil Group Pty Ltd (Windstil) products and services, where Windstil has provided a Proposal or Quotation to the Customer, who agrees to purchase and Windstil agrees to provide the products and services set out in the Proposal or Quotation subject to the Terms and Conditions detailed in the documents below.

General Terms - ICT Managed Service Agreement (MSA)
Outlines the Terms and Conditions relating to the provision of ICT Managed Services (Contract Services), referred to as an ICT Managed Service Agreement (MSA). These terms and conditions are specific to the following MSA services:
Windstil ICT Managed Service Agreements (MSA’s)
- Service Desk Services,
- Level 1, 2 & 3 Support and Problem Management Services,
- Service Level Management
- System Monitoring, Alerting & Reporting
- Service Reviews
In addition to the General Terms, this document utilises Service Schedules that explain in detail the Windstil ICT Managed Services. This is the MSA Service Schedule.
Terms & Conditions - ICT Product Sales & Supply
These Terms and Conditions are specific to the Sale and Supply of ICT products, such as computer hardware or software applications, licenses and subscriptions.
Terms & Conditions - Voice, UCaaS & Data Carriage Services
These Terms and Conditions are specific to the Sale and Supply Telecommunications Services. These include our Voice & UCaaS services and Data Carriage & Internet services. All Voice, UCaaS, Data Carriage and Internet services are underpinned by the General Terms. Specific terms relating to Voice and UCaaS services are detailed in the Voice and UCaaS Service Schedule. Specific Terms relating to Data Carriage and Internet services are detailed in the Data Service Schedule.
