Referral Lead Incentive
Incentive provided to you for a warm introduction(lead) to a business with ICT service’s needs, paid as a Debit Card or Account Credit.
Referral Business Conversion Incentive
An additional Incentive provided to you if that warm introduction results in a signed services agreement between the introduced business and Windstil, paid as a Debit Card or Account Credit.
* The above referral lead and business conversion incentives are applicable to a referred business that has 10 or more computer and/or telephone users. For referred businesses that have less than 10 users, 50% of the above listed lead and business conversion incentive will apply.

What if I provide a warm introduction to a business I know and they end up progressing with more than one, or all the services above?
A
You will be able to claim both the referral Lead Incentive as well as the Referral Business Conversion Incentive for each service the referred business transacts with us.

What if I provide a warm introduction to more than one business, will I be eligible for more referral and Business Conversion incentives?
A
Absolutely, there is no limit to how many “referral lead” and “referral business conversion” incentives you can receive.

Are there any conditions to the referral program that I should know about?
A
There are minimum referred business user number limits associated with this program. This is detailed directly under the incentive table above. The referral business should also have its headquarters within the major capital cities within the mainland of Australia. This means Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Darwin.

How will you know I have referred a business to Windstil?
A
You need to tell us. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected] letting us know you have referred a business to us. Make sure you include the name of the business and contact person you have referred to us in the email. Alternatively, you can fill out the referral form underneath this Q&A section and it will automatically populate our referral register and you will receive confirmation of your referral by return email.

What qualifies as a “warm introduction”?
A
A warm Introduction is when you provide us with the contact details of a person that influences IT purchasing decisions within a business that you have previously spoken to about Windstil, and who is expecting to be contacted by us based on your recommendation of our service to them. If they accept our call and engage in an IT services discussion that results in us providing a quotation or proposal to that business for one or more of the listed services.
A “Warm Introduction” can also be when a person representing a business contact Windstil and states that they were referred to us by you, and that results in us providing a quotation or proposal for once of the services list in the table. Both scenarios are fine.

How long will the new referral program be open for?
A
We will run this new referral program until June 30, 2024. We may extend the program past this date upon review in June 2024.

If I make a referral to Windstil, how long after providing the referral can I expect to see the incentive reward?
A
You will receive the lead incentive reward within 2 weeks of the initial meeting taking place with the referred business and a quote or proposal being issued to the referred business. You will receive the business conversion incentive within 2 weeks of the agreement signing (initiation) between the referred customer and Windstil.

Is there anyone this referral program is not open to?
A
Not at all. If you are an individual, or representing a company you will be eligible to receive rewards from our business referral program.
